Working Period
Head, mini partial : 4 weeks ~ 5 weeks
Fullsuit : 4 weeks ~ 5 weeks
Working period is from the day we start working
The working period will be randomly arranged during the period described at the opening of the commission.
We ask for your understanding even if it's the last step, considering the fabric, production method, and payment plan.=)
For example, if commission is opened during the working period from July to October,

[Mr. B] from August ~ September,
[Mr. C] from September ~ October.
It's arranged in this way, and for A, July is the start date. For B, August is the start date for B, and September is the start date for C is the start date is for C.
Orderable Design
It is not able to order animation or game characters unless you have copyrights.
You can only apply your own characters, the characters that have your copyrights, and ASEOL Design Chracters.
If you don't keep it, Arsull Fursuit is not responsible for any problems that arise.
We stop working immediately if we discover you order with the stolen character and cannot be refunded.
Payment Plan / Payment Period

Payments are best if you pay in full.(100%)
You must pay at least 50% of the estimate to complete the application.
After that, you are free to pay the rest of the money for each period.
We will not send the completed suit before all payments are made.
Stop payment without notice + If you lose contact to us, the suit may be sold at random after a certain period of time.
Once the application is complete, you cannot refund or cancel it.
SHIPPING
Worldwide Shipping
We use post office parcels (insurance, safe delivery).
It takes about 1 to 2 days to ship in Korea, excluding weekends and holidays.
We are not responsible for loss or damage during shipment.
(However, insurance processing, paid/free A/S, re-manufacturing after handling insurance, or etc, We will actively help you.)

WARNING
Every woolen fabric can lose their color.
We do not use fabric that have high possibilty of losing their color after the test before production.
Make sure to wash the fullsuit quickly in cold water and use detergent.
Make sure that you do not rub the fabric excessively.

Aseal Fursuit Commission is a suit for individuals and is not commercially available.
(Some of the purposes discussed at the time of application can be used.)
refund
-Refunds are not possible after application.
-If a request is made to stop work, the deposit will not be refunded and the work in progress will belong to Asulfursuit.
-If there is no contact without notice for more than 1 month and payment is stopped, work will be stopped and stored for 1 year. If there is no contact during the storage period, the work in progress will belong to Asulfursuit and may be sold at its discretion. When work is resumed during the storage period, the work schedule will be in the last order and an additional charge for the storage period may be incurred.
